Hi :) I don’t know if this is a thing because I am quite new... so basically I have 2 vaping devices, one I am using on a higher strength Nic to replace my stinkies (strawberry) and the other one is a lower strength Nic (custard) on a higher power for casual cloud fun and to distract me from smoking as it is pretty much glued to my hand. I tend to associate drinking my cups of coffee with having a smoke but finding the strawberry makes my coffee taste weird ... anyone else find this? And do you recommend a certain flavour for coffee drinkers?
The custard makes the coffee taste a bit “Boozy” style (like whisky) which is not unpleasant, similar to Baileys but it gives me the giggles and I need to focus on my work all serious LOL ... I wondered whether there was a more neutral flavour out there and whether vaping neat pg/vg + Nic no flavour would work or worth a try?

Think of things you might have with coffee.

There are coffee flavoured juices, of course. And bakery flavours. Doughnut flavours. Caramel. Vanilla. Etc.

Keep in mind your taste buds are regrowing or regenerating so things will taste strange.
As for the coffee thing, your brain will still associate the coffee with the fags, as you are altering the dynamic it is going to confuddle Mr Brain for a while.

You might want to try some different flavours, I am incredibly jealous you get a hint of booze when mixing custard with coffee! One thing to NOT try is a strong menthol with your brew! For example, Heisenburg and decent Tea is a bit of a no no for me.
Can't say what will work for you, I like a decent tobacco with my coffee, but Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is working nicely the now.

yup, you want a nutty, biscuit or cake vape with your coffee. Strawberries and coffee doesn't float my boat either.

I've yet to find a vape I enjoy with coffee, I more find it the other way round, my coffee tastes fine but my vape tastes muted.

Tea though, it's perfect as it doesn't affect my vape :)

Funny you mention this. Yes some vapes are horrid with certain foods and drinks. Just recently I mixed up a 30 ml trial simple diy and let my misses give it a go. She is a coffeeholic. The mix was Flavour Apprentice Jamaican Rum 8% with Capella Sugar Cookie V2 5%. Just this morning she had it with an Italian Espresso. The verdict, I never told her what it was, was "wow, this with my coffee is fantastic! What is it?" Told her Rum Cookie. She said "make some more".
