If you're getting juice up the drip tip, it says to me that there is a seal which isn't seated right. After some Vivi Nova problems I have just got a Vapeonly BCC and after removing one of the wicks to increase wicking, found that the seal around the wicks wasn't tight enough, leading to too much juice going through into the atomiser - gurgling, hot juice in the mouth, leaking out of the air holes on the underside of the clearo. Nightmare!! I was miserable, as the GF would confirm.
I didn't have any spare heads, so I solved it by taking off the silicone cap, then the metal "post" cap that sits on top of the atomiser itself, then replacing the top wick with a fresh bit (with a couple of strands pulled out to keep that wicking ability that I was after. That post can be really tight but it does come off with enough careful force.
Alternatively, the head assembly might not be clicked into the base properly - unscrew the base and check it (don't spill any precious juice though!). I'd expect it wouldn't fire at all if this were the case though.
So!! First thing's first - check that everything looks sealed properly. Undo everything, then do it back up again being very careful not to strip threads or damage o-rings. If that doesn't work and you have a spare head, chuck it in there and see if that solves it. If not, try the above method (assuming it's the Vapeonly BCC that you have or a similar arrangement).
I only solved my clearo problems today after 3 days of desperately wanting to go back on the fags because of them, so I feel for you!
