We are changing the way we operate slightly.

From 08-06-15 we will be sending single bottle orders by Royal Mail 2nd class. Postage will still be free.

We will also be taking off the right to customize your order on single bottle purchases.

Any order over £10 will be unaffected. You will still receive free 1st class postage & you will still be able to leave a note to customize your order.

also posted today about steeping Custards

A little note especially regarding our custard liquids.

They need steeping for a good month minimum. Once steeped, they are just as good as liquids you’ll be paying £15+ for.

Once we have completed our move into bigger premises (this week hopefully), we will be able to start steeping liquids again.

Obviously bigger premises = more expenses on our side. Steeping large quantities of liquids requires a lot more work. Prices will go up.

Once all of our liquids are steeped, bottle prices will go up by £1. We are still trying to stay as low possible.

If you are going to order a custom mix, it will not be steeped. We can’t pre make random ratios months in advance on 100 flavours in the hope someone chooses a certain flavour & ratio.

i would of thought so but only they could answer that.

ive never used second class but i guess its 3-5 days but i could be wrong.

as i said, send them a text or email with your order number.

well really yove only had 2 hours of the day passed so far as post normally starts delivery at 8am

i used to get all my post by 10am but now its 3.30pm
also dont forget its not all royal mail now as it is shared with a private company for deliverys.

just re read and noticed you ordered last wednesday.
i know they are in the process of moving premises at the moment but if it was posted as 1st class as you checked on by contacting them then i recon it could well have got lost in the post system.
give it a few more hours and then contact them again and explain. ask for the day it was posted and add 2 days to that. for only 2 bottles it would have gone through your letterbox as ive had 6 fit through before when ive been at work.

5-10 days might be closer., (if at all) I could walk mail to the delivery addy quicker that 2nd class, and I can't walk !
