press down hard and turn.
the top cap is connected to the bottom seal by 4 tabs which should split when turned. i know its not ideal but try a pair of scissors or a pair of pliers on the bottom part and then unscrew the top.
ive only had this on 2 bottles before but from another company and not with drip drops.

I know how to work the cap haha, I've managed it now with the help of some scissors - I've swapped the cap off an old bottle so hopefully it won't happen again!

We will be taking the store completely offline from 19th August through till 28/29th August.

We are opening a high street store local to our factory and need to spend some time fitting the shop out (No rest for the wicked!)

We also need to train our 2 new members of staff who will be based solely in the store. Also, we could do with teaching ourselves how to use these new fan-dangled tills!

Once we are up and running, it would be great to see some of you pay us a visit if you are ever near Blackpool. The store will be based in the center of Cleveleys next to Wilkinsons.

Drip drop 's Fireball is amazing totally addictive, I have to chain vape it. Wasn't as keen on the Lemon cheesecake it has a strange undertone to it.
Anyone tried the banana milkshake ??

yup, another good one from my rotation gone. still got about 45ml left so should last and shelf life still seems fine as found a couple of ml in a almost 2 year old bottle and still lush.
