I just rang our account manager and he is going to track it down and see where it is, he says if it goes out monday you will get another text or email telling you its out for delivery and you can click the link and re arrange the delivery for another day if it doesnt suit you, or have it delivered to a neighbour etc.

Yeah i'll let you know. Just one of those things I guess,looks like a decent service with all the delivery options and stuff so hopefully they won't make a habit of it.
