Drops?

Personally I found mixing by volume (syringes or beakers) the best way. I had a friend who used to mix juice with a juice company that found mixing by weight not necessarily the best way in the quantities that I was doing. But try all the methods. You will find one that works for you. Best of luck with it. Not that you will need it. :)

I decided to buy a decent kitchen scale that goes down to .01g. It really does help when I want to just make a small 5ml tester for single flavours or recipes. I'm trusting the POTV calculator that it is giving accurate weights for the flavours I'm using as it lets me select the exact flavour and brand.

Scales only, here. I don't own any measuring cylinders, syringes etc, just a set of scales, it's all I need.

The POTV calculator is a very good calculator and the weights should be accurate.

Tell me about it! I bought cylinders, syringes and all the garb first and have hardly used any of it. I did check the weight of my bases using a 100ml cylinder. Other than that the scales just make it so much faster and easier to do my mixes.
