E Cigarette for Work

Hi,

My partner gave up smoking about a month ago and uses an ego, I use it in the evening and find it really good. I have now decided to quit smoking but I would prefer something simple I can use at work. My colleague uses Elites and they look just like a real cigarette, she even uses it at her desk. I have seen them in the petrol station and they seem a bit expensive, would I save any money using them? I smoke 12-15 cigarettes during the day. I have seen some cheaper cigarette type e cigs online, they don't look as good as Elites, which ones do most people use that are reasonably priced?

Cheers - Charlotte

@Charlotte Manders If you want to use a cig-a-like for work there are a huge amount of options ;)

I would recommend an ego mini style with the small battery and mini tanks, because the battery life of the cig-a-likes are terrible IMHO :)

Check out the forums Wiki here for more information
Also check this site out for reviews and better info

EDIT: Forgot to mention checkout the POTV Marketplace here... ;)

I now use a 18350 mod and protank for work(find it will take any abuse and slip in pocket) but did start my giving up with an Ego+CE4 from Really(vendor in classifieds with discount code) and admit from the time I started on it never had an analogue since, easy to use and fill, the 1300mah lasted me all day so just charged while sitting around in evening, the biggest part I think is finding the juice that suits you which I was lucky and a tobacco and tobac/menth suited me at 12mg.Good luck in your search

Thanks for your replies. I have heard that the cig-a-like batteries don't last long but I am sat at a computer all day so charging is not a problem. I really just want a simple e cig that looks like a real cigarette, are any better than other or they pretty much all the same?

I agree with the above, the ego is probably going to be best.

But if you do want something that looks like a real cigarette I have one of these laying around the house (well actually sitting in a draw in my office). http://www.theelectroniccigarette.c...crolite-cartomiser-starter-kit-2-product.html

It's quite a simple easy to use device. I only used it for about a week while on holiday so should have plenty on use left in it.

If you did want it you have have it for free. But it does come in a bigish box so I would have to ask for postage only costs.

Just for you to bear in mind, charging via computer usb is not ideal, will take a lot longer to charge and don't leave it unattended if the battery is charging via your PC usb.
Also +1 to the ego batteries, i know they dont look like real ciggies but they are much much better (as well as an evod).

Have a look at this review Charlotte and see if it will fit your needs. http://www.e-cig-reviews.com/sport v1p pcc.html

The main case, or PCC, can be charged up of an evening and that can power and charge the actual e-cig during the day if required. There are many options and colours to choose from but it's probably the simplest device if that's what you have in mind.

This link is for the manufacturers website where you can see all the different options. http://jacvapour.com/all-products/starter-kits/v1p-pcc-starter-kit-1046.html#

The microlite is a portable charging case as well, and the case will charge 4 or 5 batteries (I forget which) before the case it self needs charging again so it should last you the day, if not 2 days.
