E-Cigarettes Spark Dilemma for Employers

Nhs employee here....... vaping banned in buildings and grounds.

Quietly and stealthily is how I vape at work!

one of my mates has converted his office,it was a lot to do with the boss thinking e-cigs was a good idea and letting him vape at his desk, the smokers still had to go outside for there smoke breaks and if they took to long or had to many lets say this was frowned upon, one by one they started with the egos now the office is a vape zone and the non smokers ( all 3 of them) think its great as there are no smokers left in an office of 13 people, they say it smells so much nicer, and the OHs of these pepole think my mate is some sort of a messiah

talk about take all the credit :lol1:

as a foot note the boss man (tony) is well pleased as the phones are always answered ...... big plus for the employer i think

My firm changed the smoking policy to inlude ecigs. So its a non no. Thecompany im in house with also banned them in the office.

Due to medical reasons im supposed to be off my arse every 20-30mins and going for a walk, so i do :D

But i have also mastered stealth vaping, bit difficult with one of my juices though as its a real fogger, and have incorporated stealthing while im out and about.

When I started vaping I was the only one in the company. Never openly vaped while working, just used to grab a few puffs every time I had to visit the little boys room. There are now 3 of us that vape at work with another due to start this pay day.
The boss is fascinated by my mods and often inspects them. As an ex smoker he knows that if we are vaping we ain't going outside and therefore we produce more.

I vape in my van, but its rare I vape at customers, a carry over from the hassle of smoking at customers like power stations etc
