we get loads of threads moaning about suppliers but got to say was impressed with the service received from ecigone.
purchased a mechlyfe paramour in a sale for £27 a couple of months ago , it had very little use but developed a fault, whenever i put in a fully charged battery it would show 0% .
now their returns policy says if its over 30 days old you will only get a credit note and all goods need to be in original packaging. considering i had thrown the box and they are now charging £50 for these i thought a credit note would be the best i would receive but thought i would see what happens
- they sent me a return postage label so returning it was free, then they contacted me to say it was faulty but they were out of stock of the gunmetal i returned so gave me a choice of colours that they did have in stock and next day it was delivered .
so massive thumbs up to them , its not often places exceed your expectations so just thought id mention it !
