Any tips for the best wick medium/coil combos for the russian?

Thanks! from my own research (AKA googling reviews and videos) I actually picked up some cotton wool the other day, was at least going to try this as attempt #1

so did you get the "proper" russian 91% or the Clone Russian 91% ( yup a clone of a clone whatever next! ) Missus keeps asking me what i want for christmas ( shes leaving it a bit bloody late now! ) and wouldnt mind one of these but lookign around they seem to be about £70 which for essentially a copy of the Kayfun is rather alot. i know i can get a cloned clone from the likes of FT and a few other places but if rather have something thats going to work as its supposed to and not be a total pile of cheap nasty garbage.

Yes I did.

don't think of it as a clone of the kayfun. It's literally a rebranded kayfun. Designed by the same folks etc.

Go to Nat Vape Geek, Her H cigar Kayfun 3.1 are spot on, I have an original and a H Cigar on both work exactly the same, you might want to get a different grubscrew for the airflow control but thats about £1 for 4 of M3 x 5 from model bearings shop...

is that the standard or the lite? i do like the kayfun lite + which has a deeper fill well with rubber o ring to stop leakages BUT the russian has the seperate adjustable centre pin which doesnt turn the whole mount which is more preferable and isnt on ither the lite or the lite +.. guess i'll have to save pennies for the Russian if i want those features or just hold out and see if an updated version comes out. i know there are several Clone versions including a frosted glass looking one on FT but my money isnt gonna go that direction again in a hurry
