efest batteries

Can I assume the efest batteries I have now are the button head version..... to me they look like normal batteries, with the good old nipple sticking out proud of the + terminal, (these are the one's I currently have with my Vamo v5), also anyone care to explain how the flat top one's work?

the flats are good in mechs because the top pin usually protrudes on the underside of the top cap

Perhaps my post should have explained, whilst looking for more batteries, I'm presented with button top or flat top, although I suspect the website I am looking at have the pictures on the batteries incorrectly linked to each battery.
