hi just a quick question..... has anyone used or placed an order with ejuice labs??
http://www.ejuicelab.co.uk/

I only ask as I have placed an order but not received it yet!! getting worried as it's been nearly a week. I have contacted them via their contact us form but not had a reply.

:whipping2: I should have used the market place I know.

I bought 2 bottles of TJuice from them and their shipping was slow, don't think I waited a week though!

Sounds like a long time to wait for shipping, have you tried seeing if there is a phone number for them?

wow just recieved an email from Ejuice lab::--

Thank you for your email.

The T-Juice warehouse quote us "up to 5 business days" for delivery. They will have received my order from you on the morning of Monday 14/10/2013 so their deadline for a postal error will not be until after your normal postal delivery on Monday 21/10/2013.

The reasons for this period are that they bottle up their e-liquids at the time of order to deliver a consistent freshness that off-the-shelf juices may lack and they post out by batches.

Please let me know if you haven't received your order in the post by the end of Monday and if that is the case I can take it further with them to your satisfaction.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. I'll also contact some of my other regular customers who ordered around the same time as you, to check on their delivery status.

Kind regards

now I like that!!! no BS!!

I didn't realise T-Juice basically dropshipped for vendors, personally speaking I have to order a minimum of 250 bottles per invoice in order to sell their products and I thought that was the case for any vendors selling T-Juice too, they do not advertise that they offer a pick and pack service for individual customers AND at wholesale prices AND at lower than their own website selling price.

so should I be worried?? I did notice that the site offers loyalty points as well and a discount code for stoptober!! which I have seen on a couple of other sites (are they the same seller??))

Don't take what I posted as a reason to be worried per-se, just an observation about parts of that email they sent you (it could just be hinting that they are restocking themselves though). When I first started stocking T-Juice liquids one of my buyers queried the EJuicelab prices on my Facebook page as they were a fair bit cheaper than all others, T-Juice ask vendors to not wildly undercut and when my customer asked them if they were genuine liquids the EJuice lab prices were changed which does suggest they ARE a genuine vendor and simply amended prices after being contacted by T-Juice themselves.

It could very well be that they run a few websites and stock centrally but are restocking, it could very well be that T-Juice DO send out individual customer parcels directly but as I say I have not heard of this being an option for sellers which would be really useful for pretty much all of us when we start running low on particular lines and still have stock in others.

I have used them twice, and on both occasions the items I purchased took over 5 working days to arrive so I don't use them now. We're good products tho..
