But fastech are still saying another 14 days till stock. Mines been on pre order for months.

I pm'd @Trungo, who told me they're expecting stock to arrive today (Friday) and that they send stuff via myHermes, so it'll probably be Wednesday next week before the first deliveries come through. My myHermes tracking link might not have worked because the delivery has been booked but the goods not dispatched yet. Guess we'll find out next week!

Don't bother tracking Hermes it will drive you insane. Hopefully it will be in your lap mid week.

Just had this by email from Vapenology:

"We have had a problem with this item as the supplier failed to tell us they were not released by eleaf yet until the 6th October. I have had a strong word with them because we have already paid a lot of money for stock of these over a month ago... We are expecting your item to be with us around the 15th October so will send you it out first class if your happy to wait."

I had stuff bought from them and arrived but tracking Hermes is hair pulling) I still have stuff to come but on preorder so I trust the guy , definitely not a scam !!!

Communication with Vapenology reestablished & it seems Liam has had his hands full with work on the website, which is up again now. He's offered me some free ejuice as well as a 5% first order discount, so fair do's to the guy - he's probably as cheesed off with the delay as I was. Doesn't look like a scam after all - my apologies if I ruffled a few feathers.

Liam here from Vapenology - I apologise if we have had delays in replying to you at any point. We have no intentions of fobbing you off and we try to reply to all emails as soon as we can. but there are only two of us and we have so much work on with the site and sorting out suppliers and filling it with content. not to mention getting orders out!

We try to stock as many items as we can without affecting cost of items at the same time so we can stay competitive. E3Nomad i appreciate your time to explain things on here. When you ordered your item we were in the midst of trying to get communication with our supplier who just ignored us for weeks, then there was an annual holiday in China which didn't help. but I'm glad we put things right in the end.

Again i formally apologise if we gave off the wrong impression but we are slowly ironing out the creases!

Have you sent out all the pico squeeze orders yet? I'm still waiting for mine :-(

@Trungo - We are getting all the pico squeeze kits in on monday and as promised i will be sending you the full kit instead of the mod which you ordered as an apology.

I can only apologise for the delays you've encountered but this is because it's a brand new released item and my supplier is selling out before he buys them. he tells me he got a delivery of 250 in yesterday but 2500 have already been pre-ordered!

I'll send you your kit out monday first class post so with any joy you should receive tuesday as the royal mail are pretty good for delivering be honest. a hell of a lot better than myhermes!
