I play with 24v all day long and never have I been shocked at low voltage

If I'm honest I thought I may of been pressing on a tiny splinter / spot / cut on my finger to start with its such a small one but it's happened with both hands.

well, its a big thumbs up to the Hcigar Caravela, single 18650 brass tube version - no problems at 0.2ohms. Firing is a little erratic with purple 2500mah efests (flat top), the mod pins pretty much out at their limits.
