Hi, does anyone know whats going on with everzon, I have been waiting nearly two weeks for an in stock item, and it is still showing as waiting shipment? I have tried to email them several times but the email does not send, it keeps saying try again later.

There not good at updating order status.

I ordered end of december was delivered mid jan. There was no status update at all, the order evennow is still showing as processing on the website despite it being delivered.

They arrive usually around 3 weeks after ordering.

i think someone had a slight cold at the factory.
have you not been reading the news about all the lockdowns worldwide which started in china. on average these companies can dispatch 10-20,000 packages a week worldwide. this virus started in january so you will have a 2 month backlog of hundreds of thousands of packages.

I've got an order from 10th feb that they said will ship end of feb (not heard anything since). You reminded me to email again which I've just done.

Not sure what you mean about email not sending... do you mean through the website? Last time I just emailed direct and they replied in two days. Address is [email protected]

This morning i received a package from Fasttech the order was placed on 19/1/2020. another order from fasttech sent via Netherlands post is now in UK, ordered 23/1/2020 dispatched 9/3/2020.
My last Everzon order arrived fast about 2 weeks after ordering.

Do Royal Mail update their status as my package left China (FT) 2 weeks ago.
According to RM it is still flying

Until it's processed at Langley, it wont show on RM tracking. Might be held up there as that has been a blockage point on & off since the start of the fun & games in China.

Arghh bloody RM, this thread made me catch up on all my overseas orders and something from hong kong (not vape related or I'd really pissed off lol) was sat in my local sorting office for 18 days and is now on it's way back to hong kong because I didn't collect. Unfortunately postie didn't leave a red card, and I'm not psychic. Arghh

I know about the virus situation, its the fact that they are trading but not dispatching and not able to contact them.
