Hey peeps! New here and looking for some advice!
Please don't judge - new to vaping, it's such a massive business it's hard to take in all the info all shops could throw at me, so looking for advice from experienced vapers so don't care about getting a sale and may just wanna help a fellow vaper get it right
Won't mention brand as am after genuine opinions without brand bias in the first instance
I used to smoke up to 2-3 a day to relax - roll up as cigs are grim, although just tobacco before anyone asks haha!! I also really loved shisha. When quitting, I would only smoke or shisha with a certain pal when we were drinking. Found limiting it all that much really helped me quit!
Recently underwent a massive amount of stress and the craving was back, but I ended up vaping as it combined the smoking with the shisha style flavour which is an epic combo for me. I went with a product I noted was used by a few friends.
I've now found myself getting dizzy which I have NEVER had with tobacco rollies, but did have with certain flavoured shisha. I asked for advice from the vape brand I'm using and they suggested perhaps I was allergic to the flavour I had - sounds plausible based on my shisha experience. I have now switched flavour AND from 18mg to 12mg. Although the 18mg was their original suggestion (it wasn't more expensive so not a blatant sales pitch) they didn't seem to think strength would be the issue, but I switched that anyway.
I now think they didn't know wtf they were on about as as I am still getting dizzy, although not quite as much!
I was looking more for the soothing hit of smoking combined with the way nicer taste of shisha - I don't remotely care about who has the biggest cloud.
Is my issue here the strength?! I realise this may be a really thick question and hope I won't be mocked... Reading it all back, I know I sound thick as f--k!
Ta in advance!
