Kangertech do make full kits.

But, that is not a kanger battery... I will bet you any amount, that the tank's also not a genuine kanger but a rip off.
Unfair to mention kanger though, they didn't make the battery, or the charger... I've seen enough genuine chargers to know that is not a genuine one.
Plus, into a usb port... Never recommended unless you're using a passthrough...
