Hi all just got me some of said concentrate I am seeing anything from 3-15% as a standalone mix , any advice on this would be gratefully welcome , Cheers.....

Start at 3% and leave at least 2-3 days then test and see, maybe up it by 1% at a time, leaving to steep a few days again, imo.

I had mine at ~8% and it was not too bad.
But, as @xplosiv says make a couple of wee testers first and see how you go - say one at 5% and another at 10%.

Stuff goes well with a custard and a biscuit base.....

Give it a go. Sounds interesting!
I've had mine with Digestive biscuit and Pie Crust and that's been no bad.
