Officially fucked off with Langley hwdc... Made 2 orders since Christmas... first order(frankenchunt /Hadaly /coils) did originally include spare bottles but they were restocking so I cancelled them to let the rest of the order be dispatched, I Reordered the spare bottles and added some drip tips.. The second fucking order fell on my mat today..... Still no frankenchunt FFS... Still in customs no doubt. I bet I will get the grey slip to pay the duty too... It left China on the 9th second order dispatched 7 days after the first.... How long before a start getting worried?

Always had great success with ft, only used gear best once, and I never received it. Had to wait a while before I was reimbursed

If your package is at Langley it can be there for a while - all it takes is an odd shape packet or a label or barcode that cannot be machine read and it gets put aside along with ten million other packages to check manually!
Customs warehouses are a nightmare but we're all to blame for buying all the vast amounts of crap that we do

Tracking on both last updated 12th January as leaving for UK. Whats the betting all the delayed parcel are surface mail due to the 15% off. Finally my order arrived today and no duty ticket thank fuck. Hadaly is a lovely little dripper. Franky needed a little fettling(bend the contact plate a bit and o-ring under the bottle cap) bottles aint much cop and tube is a bit loose at the 510... It works tho, so if I get on with squonking I'll be looking to upgrade. I think regulated might suit me better tho..
