Sorry to tell you that the recent impact of COVID-19 caused some logistics to temporarily change. Details are as follows:
1. The Registered Airmail via Singapore Post has prohibits the transportation of liquid products, including E-Liquids.
2. The flights were reduced and logistics service was adjusted, include DHL Global mail, Registered Airmail by Russian Post, Registered Air Mail by Hong Kong post and Speedpost Global Express temporarily STOP service, and we will continue to find new channels and update in time.
3. The decrease in flights has led to increase of logistics costs. The freight rates of some channels have increased slightly compared to the past. We are trying to control and adjust the freight costs as possible as we can. We will adjust back as soon as the situation improves.
