Fasttech start up!

Hey guys!!!

Looking at getting my first dripper set up and looking at fasttech for the lot, don't wanna spend a fortune if I decide I don't like dripping that much. Currently on an MVP and just want some advise on what clone set up to go for including RDA and mod, only bad thing I've really heard about fasttech is the not so fast delivery but doesn't bother me .

I've done alright by FT.
If you are shopping in the clone market in the UK, chances are you will get the same product.
You will get a better, more convenient service if things go wrong, but you will pay extra for it.
When you get an atty for £7 sent from halfway round the World, for free, it is wise to temper your expectations.
You aren't paying top dollar, you can't expect Plantinum service.

I've had stuff that is shit, but I write it off as a gamble lost. I love some of my "wins", and that is what I mainly get.

To be fair I've been looking at either the stingray x style mod or the dna 30 clone... I've heard alrite thing about them so far, but like you say for what you pay you gamble I suppose.

The mod isn't so much an issue I guess, just not a clue about what rebuildable to go for, plume veil, mutation x, taifun, magma? Again heard good and bad about all 4. Maybe just personal preference or maybe just had a bad draw of luck with the certain goods they received?!

Like I said never used a dripper mod, not got a clue what is good or bad I just read reviews and hope for the best. Just want something simple, cheerful and easy to use which actually works and achieve plumes of vapour that turn my living room into a fog fest like a 1990's raving sesh

I started on the IGO-M clone from FT, it was actually pretty decent for the $7. I recently upgraded to the Mutation, and I gotta say it's so worth the $25. Blows my mind how it's so good for the price.

I have picked up their tobh 1:1 and magma 1:1 so far had no issues with either really bar a bit of an over long 510 on the magma, but that is a feature of the original as well I believe.

I was taught to read the discussions rather than the reviews for the products and I think that is good advice. I also tend to buy the more expensive option, given how cheap stuff is I don't think it is worth trying to save $5 by buying their second best clone.

If I was after an easy build RBA the Kayfun V2 with the nano tank as well, is superbly made, but has a tight draw.
I'm waiting on some Orchid v4's. I have a v2 and it is a real steam machine, but the v4 will benefit from the much needed larger capacity tank.
I just got a 454 dripper, that is simple to build, and is extremely well made. It can use 1, 2, or 4 coils.
