I've been mixing my own for a couple of months now, barely enough time for the first batch to steep! I'm an enthusiastic home brewer, chef and baker so I found the notion of making my own juice appealing. The other reason is that I'm a tight fucker, my style of vaping changed and retail juices were burning a hole in my pocket!

I recycled glass pipette bottles at first but soon realised how much of an arseache they are. It pained me last month to order some unicorn bottles from China and today the slow boat arrived. Unpacking them I struggled to stand the little buggers up. One would topple knocking the other 19 over like skittles. Frustrating when empty, this would be fucking infuriating whilst bottling up. A solution was required and this was not budgeted for.... I had time, time is money, I hit the shed and made a unicorn bottle holder.

Time was the subject of my problem. Sod filling those unicorns up individually. Up until now my mixes had been 1 maybe two bottles per batch. I did the maths and to keep myself perpetually stocked for 15ml a day, I needed to mix much larger quantities in separate vessels to transfer to unicorns when required. Roughly 6 juice friendly containers were essential so that I don't suffer any future flavour boredom. I could have bought some off fleabay for a couple of quid.... I'm up-cycling some Douwe Egberts coffee jars that I was recycling for jam and chutney. I hope the Mrs won't mind when she finds out but she must understand you can get 250ml in the small and 500ml in the big one with plenty room for air to shake in. No-brainer right?

Am I the only miser in here? If not, have you got any penny pinching tips for me?

I only use boot glycerin as my VG.
200ml glass bottles.
Most get cleaned and re-used as mass juice makers, nic holders or kept empty 'just in case' as I am equally as tight as you by the sound of it!

Ditto tinkerbelle on the bottle holder... I need me one [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

When you put a label on your plastic bottles cover it with sellotape.
Then you won't need to keep replacing it :18::18::bliss:

Cool. Maybe do without the label, write directly on the jar then cover with sellotape?

You're a genius!
