filler threaded?

Ok, kicking off with stupid question number one...
I've got the Cerberus tank on my mod, and am struggling to get the filler cap off. It's meant to be like a bayonet fitting, but as I'm trying to turn it, its unscrewing the whole unit (not from the mod, but loosening the glass, and making it leak, which makes it more slippy) and Ive even had it apart, but the top is now pretty solid.

Anyone got any tips, something I can do to get the cap off, and hopefully when I put it back on not over tighten it (or whatever I've done...)?

never a stupid question when it comes to vape so never be scared to post. weve heard it all before and then some

ive not got that tank (makes a change) but had same happen to similar.
simplest has to be wrapping a large elastic band around both bits which will give you a much better grip.
