Firsime mod builder, vv board question

Hi all, first time I've wandered into this part of potv, but I've decided to take a leap and build a vv box mod using this board from modmaker Murata OKL2-T/20-W12N2C

Now I have precisely zero experience with electronics, I am being helped by a friend who is very experienced though but he isn't (currently) a vaper, I what I would like to know is what is the minimum resistance usable with this board? I can't see any details on the page.

I would gather that would be dictated by its output limit, which is 100W and 20A, so not exceeding these should be OK.

I am not a mod maker though- so if wrong I do apologise but this seems to make sense.

@conanthewarrior that's was my initial thoughts as well, seeing as that is well within my usual vaping habits is why I chose that board to start with.

This is not really a board for a first mod. It's more complicated than other boards made for modding

@Seedy Thanks for your response, as it happens I had been looking over things on your site and had actually changed my mind to using this one Big Al's Sled Mount 4S iPWM Board

Would this be a better choice?
