First foray into mixing

Hi all, so I bought a bottle of ready mixed 50/50 with 18mg of nicotine already in, this is cheating I know but wanted it easy to start with! Only bought a couple of flavourings as well, just to see how I get on. Coffee and Cream Soda. I like strong flavours, so I'm wondering how much should I put in? I was thinking 10-15% going by some other threads? Also, has anyone tried cream soda before?

The amount of flavouring that you will need depends, very much, upon the manufacturer. Some are more concentrated than others.

Just mixed a 10ml sample with 15% flavouring, 10 of cream soda and 5 off coffee. Will see what its like

Ha I didn't know I could look up my old posts! This was my first and only foray into mixing, the resulting juice was beyond vile, put me right off! Interesting though, now on 6mg sometimes 3mg. Still have those concentrates somewhere[emoji23][emoji3]

Why not try again with pre blended concentrates, one hit wonders as it were.

I'm going to pick up one of the new IOC concentrates and give it a bash, the coffee and cream soda I think will be going in the bin![emoji23]

If you search for your flavours on http://e-liquid-recipes.com/ then it gives you mixing averages and other people's notes, been very handy in the past even with one shots as you can see what other people add to improve them as well

Thanks, I only use the juice from IOC now, so hopefully I can mix the new concentrates to replicate the stuff I buy, I guess this is in case the tpd clamp down on them![emoji106]

My first dabble at mixing was very much like yours; horrible results. Had another go about 2 years ago and have been mixing ever since. It was about finding my flavour profile that made it easier, fruity menthol types. Now i get most of my concentrates from https://www.chefsflavours.co.uk/ and to be honest haven't has a bad flavour yet. If you are into fruity menthol i recommend Clear Storm https://www.chefsflavours.co.uk/sea...=desc&search_query=clear+storm&submit_search= but be careful as it's very potent. I add about 50 drops to 30mils.
