Hi guys,

Well took the advice on board and just built my first dual microcoil with cotton wicks.

Vapes like a champ...

Good start, rebuildables are the way. Couple of points...

Coils - If your building microcoils then all the wraps should be touching so it heats up evenly in the middle to give a greater vape. How you making your coils? I get a 1.5mm drill bit, 30 gauge kanthal, do the wraps and try to keep it as close as possible. At this point slip it off the drill bit and torch it with a lighter/blow torch. Grab your tweezers and squeeze them together. Put it back on the drill bit then mount it. Once you've got it mounted fire it on your device and give them another squeeze, they should heat up from the middle.

Lastly, cotton, not the way i'd do it but if it works for you go for it. Just seems a little too much for me :)

This may help:

If u don't have a torch what I have done is after wrapping around drill bit remove then attach to mod pulse it (with no cotton) then grab tweeze coils together as stated above needs a couple of goes but works for me. Great job tho think I may join you with the W

@Danxx6

Wow, looks neat as hell :)

Whats your technique for threading the cotton?

To thread the cotton,rip a short thin length from the unravelled ball & roll gently between finger+thumb and at the same time form the end into a point.Then thread through coils,making sure its neither too tight or loose(so you can slide it back/forth without bending coil)

Nano coil, 1mm drill bit, torch then wrap straight after pinch with tweezers gently then torch, get a cheap pen torch off eBay, wick with cotton, use less than in your builds, amazing vapour and flavour, smaller diameter coils are easier to make in my opinion as they stay tighter but great effort mate
