Hi, until recently I travelled through Glasgow,Prestwick and Dublin every week without issue. This was with an MVP or roller and gennies and all my gear apart from blunt needles. I have got through with metal needle bottles but thought I was pushing it. Just put your juice in a placky bag but leave your mod in your jacket pocket when you take your jacket off. It will be fine
I'm flying to florida from Manchester in four weeks and after looking into it I'm not much wiser. I know my liquid goes in a bag in my carry on bag but what about everything else. Can I board the plane with my vamo and igo-l all set up or is it best all dismantled? I'm worried about taking wire and silica and my little screw driver as well just in case they think I'm gonna try re wiring the plane.

Gary I think you're probably best to take it apart, and for liquids, you can have bottles less than 100ml, so should be fine. As for wires I can't really see an issue, nor for a screwdriver.
am going to florida through edinburgh/gatwick dont know what to take with me my vamo or my vision spinners with vivi nova tanks if they would say anthing going through customs ??
I have done quite a bit of flying around and the airport security staff have either completely ignored my PV or have been quite knowledgeable when I have told them what it is. One time they even asked me to demonstrate and explain what all the different bits do. There are 2 things I recommend - don't put a screwdriver in your hand luggage (stabbing risk as they sometimes see it) and check whether any countries you are going to/stopping over in have banned e-cigs.
BTW - I have even vaped ON the plane on a 16 hour trip... As long as you are discrete, the flight staff didn't seem to mind.... but this was 1.5 years ago that I did it.
