Hello all :)

I currently own a Fogger v4, running dual coils at 0.6ohms. However, every time i wick it using natural cotton wool, I end up with a burnt taste when vaping. I ensure i drip liquid on the wick before putting the thing back together and filling it. Is this due to me putting too much cotton in? Its so well reviewed, i must be doing something wrong XD thanks :)

Sounds like its not wicking fast enough usually due to too much cotton also I tend to run my fogger v4's at 1 - 1.4 ohms as I found it not able to keep up with wicking at low ohms.

I run my Fogger 4.3 and 4.4 at around 1ohm, I use 28awg to get as many wraps as possible for more surface area.

I found that if there is too little cotton in there, it will also burn. My guess is because there isn't enough juice on the wicks.

If you use enough cotton so that there is resistance when pulling it back and forth through the coil, that should be about right.

I never get any dry hits or leaking.

Thanks guys :) I'll try that now.

I run mine at 0.6 ohm and never had wicking issues.

Don't overdo the cotton and just cover the top of the juice channels, don't stuff the wicks into the channels

Currently running 1.6 ohms now, and went 60/40 mix. What would be the sweet spot for the voltage? I'm currently on 4.5, but would higher/lower be better? (I'm vaping red astair BTW) thanks :)
