Hi guys. Im going to be making my first mod, a single battery squonk mod. Got all my parts and plans sorted apart from one part.
I want to include a fuse just in case. can i install a fuse holder and use standard fuses of the correct amp rating? Eg can i use a 10A rated fuse from a 3pin wall plug/car fuse if i want my mod to cut out at 10A, and then just put in a new fuse? Reason for goin this route is i can easily swap out the fuse if i put in my higher rated battery for using a lower ohm coil, while giving myself the desired level of overhead i want.
Would this work?

No you don't want to do this - those fuse ratings are for MAINS voltage not the lower voltages you find in mods - Try looking at Modmaker.co.uk for the appropriate parts...

Thats what i expected, wasnt sure if it was just tripped by current or voltage. Ill stick with the resetable fuse.
Thanks
