Does anyone know what company they use for great Britain express .. I'm guessing dhl due to the tracking number but tracking doesn't seem to be working!

Yeah have now tried yodel and does start with a JD but no tracking information, got the feeling items may not be dispatched when they say they are as tracking information doesn't take 4 days to go onto a delivery company's system!!!

Sounds odd. Might be worth an email to GB?

With mine, the link in the email did nothing. I copied the JD and went to tracking.yodel.co.uk. Clicked 'by parcel number' then pasted the reference into box 1.

Was up as soon as I looked but it took me about 12 hours to work out i was in yodel's capable [emoji15] hands.

So looked on the GB site and they sent me a picture of the parcel has got YODEL on it, decided to contact yodel who have no record of my parcel either by ID or address, the last thing they told me is the parcel is with the courier. ... well its not ...



Just want my IPV3 Li as promised!

We will see, and although they say they are a 24hr contact centre, dont seem to get a reply until China is awake!

never had a problem with yodel speak as i find, Im not saying that GB lies but its the first time I have used them and am yet to be impressed, never had a tracking number that does not exist with a courier and that goes for yodel too.

and we pay for tracking so that we can track
