Geek Vape Aegis X reset?

I recently bought this vape and love it. However, recently it has gone a bit crazy. The screen now is a very weird color and the mod will not fire with any tank that I put on it.

Here is what I have tried:
Turning the mod off and then holding the power button for 30 sec did absolutely nothing.

Anybody know how to reset this mod?

How to perform a Factory Reset ** To do a factory reset, put the batteries in and turn OFF the mod by pressing the fire button five (5) times. Press '+' and '-' at the same time and then press the fire button all at the same time

Hi @Scott Murray and welcome to the planet.
no expert here but that could be a fried motherboard due to leakage.
hope its just a glitch and a reset works but the jury is out.

I thought that at first but isn't the Aegis waterproof? and if so that would mean it's juice proof?

now i was going to mention the exact same thing but as its the one with the big screen i wasnt 100% sure. i know the legends are but not sure about the x
