Well i've decided to give up the vaping i just can't seem to get the hang of it !! i bought an e-vod 900 starter kit from ivapour for £47 first of the charger broke then one of the tanks started leaking, to be fair to Toby he sent me a new charger and a plastic cap for the coil, it still leaked then the battery's didn't seem to be lasting very long..... so i wouldn't recommend evods !!! so being made aware of a shop local to me here in Tamworth i bought a "fatboy battery" 1300 ma for about £15 this was great for about a week.... then that started to hold hardly any charge i also bought a udct 3.5 mil tank for £12 which has also been great for about a week !!!! now its leaking like a sieve it's done my 10 mil of flavour in less than 24 hours !!!! In my opinion the Government are right to regulate these thing's as although they are brilliant for quitting smoking they are less than reliable i'm not a thicko either but i would hazard a guess that they are all made in china for a few pence and punted out to us for £££ !!!! its absolutely done my head in so when i've used my last juice its back to golden virginia for me as its far cheaper !!!!! as i've done about £80 in hardware and about £50 in juice in six weeks or so !!! whereas a £7.50 pouch of g.v would last me a week !!!

I'm sorry you aren't getting on with vaping. I've not used any of your stuff so I can't offer any advice, it's a shame you've had such bad luck :(

Your choice of course but there are hundreds of thousands of happy Vapers. My advice is to persevere but hey it's your body. And it's not all about money for me. I appreciate it can be hit and miss sometimes but in my experience the health benefits are beyond price . Good luck

Reliability is an issue for some items. Sounds like you have had awful luck.
Clearos and Cartos are consumable items, batteries should last longer but then again depends on how you are using them.

Good luck for the future, sorry it didnt work out for you, but to say the Government is right to regulate, is just downright wrong.

Cheers guys i'm really gutted to be honest but i just can't handle the stress of everything breaking down all the time its one thing after the other !! as far as regulation goes i think if it helps towards reliability and imposes standards on equipment then it can only be a good thing as i feel i've been completely ripped off on all the equipment i've bought so far the only thing i've found worth the money is the e-juice from "alchemist cupboard" especially the rhubarb and custard crumble !!! and lemon meringue pie !!! 10 mils of rhubarb and custard is worth more than all the useless equipment i've bought !!

Sorry you've had a bad experience and going back to the fags, but that's your choice.

If it's any consolation, it took me 2 goes to switch to vaping permanently... managed about 7 months first time and went back to the fags for a while before starting vaping again a few years ago.

If you did fancy giving it a go again in the future could I suggest you try something like a vamo/agr carto tank combo... both are relatively cheap and this combo's been working well for me (vaping on it right now actually).

Good luck luv.

Cheers Steffi i'll keep my eye on things i think the principle is great as i could have a patch on each arm and still smoke 20 fags a day whereas with the e-cig i've had no cravings and i've completely quit the fag's !!! but i'm just so fed up with all the issues with the equipment i've bought !!!

Ive been lucky then, tried patches, gum, injections and some nhs nicotine inhaler all to no avail. Decided after 44 yrs on the weed I gota do something and went with a Ego kit from Really nearly 3 months ago(carts and batteries still going strong and in daily use, batteries last 2 days before charge) and now have gone for a Zmax for the at home vape, at the moment not even thinking of going back to the weed, so sorry you didnt make it work for you because in the short time Ive been on this I feel better already
