Cheers guys i'm really gutted to be honest but i just can't handle the stress of everything breaking down all the time its one thing after the other !! as far as regulation goes i think if it helps towards reliability and imposes standards on equipment then it can only be a good thing as i feel i've been completely ripped off on all the equipment i've bought so far the only thing i've found worth the money is the e-juice from "alchemist cupboard" especially the rhubarb and custard crumble !!! and lemon meringue pie !!! 10 mils of rhubarb and custard is worth more than all the useless equipment i've bought !!
Due to the nature of vaping still being in its infancy and not adopted mainstream you will find that you have to go one of two routes (or a combination of both).
Firstly, as a new vaper, I bought a starter kit to see if I got on with it. I did this in the knowledge that I'd probably be buying the wrong thing for long-term vaping.
Secondly, I could have held out, done loads of research and then invested more money in something serious but gone without.
I did both on the understanding that some money would be lost on rubbish while I acclimatised. I've had useless Evo batteries, abysmal CE4s and 5s and vaped juices which made me gag and/or come out in hives.
But, and this is where it's at for me, if you stick with it to build up an understanding of what is out there and what would best suit your needs you can get there. You don't need a government to tell you this, you don't need laws imposed on the population thereby criminalising those small vendors who will not be able to afford the regulation system.
There are countless threads here detailing reputable suppliers and a massive bunch of great people who'll willingly offer you advice. I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, my tuppence worth is not to write it off as a failure but use it to build up an even better knowledge base for the future.
Whatever you choose to do I wish you the best.
