Glasgow Vape Meet
Proposed glasgow vape meet on the 5th April in the "Thornwood Bar" in Glasgow's west end.


Starting time around 1.30 ish until it finishes...


Just off the clydeside expressway at Dumbarton Road at the Thornwood roundabout for those driving, Also on a main bus route, and just a short taxi hire from Partick train and underground station (approx £3.00)


There will be a free buffet supplied providing that there's sufficient numbers attending.
This is a good chance for the central Scottish contingent of the forum to meet your fellow apes and have a fun day out


Can anyone interested do the old usual name/list kinda thing and just copy/paste their name down....I need to know how many are going so that I can organise some grub...Cheers guys.

Blackhack how easy is it to get to pub from queen st station?

If memory serves, get the Underground from Queen St. to Partick and it's walking distance from there. But it was 32 years since I (briefly) stayed very close to the Thornwood. While commuting to Edinburgh every day.

Queen st station, then onto the underground (right outside QSS £1.00 or thereabouts flat fare) off at partick station then either a bus (number 3 I think ?? every ten mins, again right outside partick station £1.80 or something like that) or a taxi from the taxi rank, again right outside the station (About £3.00 or so)Ten or fifteen min walk if you're young and fit
