Goliath V2 Issues - Help or a new tank?

Had the Goliath for a few weeks now and I absolutely loved it on the first build I did, flow, flavour and clouds were far superior to my old Protank. Replaced coils and wicking and started getting dry hits. Tried dozens of builds each one would give dry hits, especially if chain vaping too much, it seems like it's not actually a coil/wicking issue but it seems to getting an airlock in the tank and just isn't letting the juice through quick enough. I've cleaned it out to see if there was any blockages and that hasn't really helped. If I loosen the top off until I see a bubble come through into the tank and tighten up again I can get a few good draws straight away. To be honest I'm getting quite cheesed off with it and might go back to my Protank for bit.

Juice wise I'm running a 50/50 mix so shouldn't be too thick. Current build is 5 turns at 2.5mm diameter of 26awg with Japanese Cotton wicking, this is a spaced coil as I found a slightly improvement over contact.

So firstly any suggestions on what could be causing the issues I'm having?

Failing that can anyone suggest a good replacement tank that's not going to break the bank.

Got a pic of your build and wicking? What ohms and wattage?.

Do 24g kanthal , 8 wraps , 2.4mm , it's a warmer vape and 'heats' the tank a little making the juices thinner and easier to vape .[emoji6]

It's running at 0.34ohms and I was running it at 38watts. I've since dropped it to 32watts and had a play with loosening off of the fittings slightly in case there was an issue with juice flow and it seems to be working slightly better.

I have also just ordered a Mutation X RTA to have a play...

OK I'll have a play with that. Can you fit 8 wraps into the Chimney on the Goliath?
