gone back to shipping in hdpe btls only

gday all i have gone back to shipping the nic in hdpe btls only now as one of the oders i sent out the glass got smashed in transit how i dno these bttls are bloody tough but now 1 has ben broke id rather not take te risk of it hapening to others if u would like it in a glass btle then ad a note wen ordering and i will sort it and also shipped in a bigger box with a shit load of bubble wrap :-)

worst part is i phoned up to make a claim and they poinnted out to me to look at the even smaller small print they waont insure any glass items and because was in a glass btl i cant claim it back :-/

Bunch of money grabbing barstewards! As far as I'm concerned, once I've bought those stamps I've signed a contract that means they under obligation to safely deliver what was sent but as I found out when they lost our iMac motherboard that they take your money and then say bollox to it! All we got was a book of stamps to say sorry and were left with a useless computer! Grrrrrrr

ayee sems u gotta read the small print and also inbetween the lines of the smal print fckrs they word they word there t&c,s so that pretty much wat ever happens u aint got a chance in hell of claiming so paying extra insurance as i was doing has been a compleat waste of bloody time and mony i could of saved a fair few hundred quid if i had known this befor makes me bloody angry !!
