I'm after flavour suggestions for making a nice manabush-esque banoffee.
Not too much nana. I'm after something like a nana-bozo mixed with old skool chiricahua, but not too sweet.
I've tried it with walnut and a splash of beer nuts which is pretty good. Hard Crack Toffee is usually my go to toffee, but it doesn't really work for this. I'm leaning toward FA Caramel, but that's so sweet it hurts my teeth.
I've tried using NY (DV) as a base, also (FA) Vanilla waffle. Both work, but neither are very exciting.
