Well, I'm an ungrateful git who never says thanks and this week I've done it twice but true thanks indeed must go to Grant at GVC. I understand that this thread is to discuss the vendor and not the juice but as Grant only sells one juice you can work out exactly what I think of it.....
If anyone has not dealt with Grant before then you are in for a surprise - to say he adds the personal touch is putting it mildly. In fact if my wife was as personal as he his then I might love her a bit more! Every order is furnished with pre-steeping times etc' and there is usually a personal note from Grant also. He answers emails quickly and sends out the juice quickly as well. Over the last few weeks I've had quite a bit of communication with Grant and every single time I get the feeling that I'm genuinely valued as a customer.
They say that you only know how good your insurance is when it comes to making a claim and I think that is similar to most vendors, that you only see how good they are when something goes wrong. I had a very minor issue with a recent order (not Grants fault) and he put it right BIG TIME.
Like most of you no doubt, I've bought a lot of gear and found most vendors to be pretty good but Grant is one of very few that I could actually describe as 'faultless', so if you've not tried him out yet then you don't know what you're missing out on.
Grant if you're reading this 'Mr Stinkey' from South Wales says thank you.
