Griffin tank flooding advice req

Cheers upped wattage to 40 but still getting this flooding/condensation . Would a change of coil type make a difference?

Here's what you do.

Remove your existing wick
take the ring off
wick coils do not cut them.
wet the wick all the way to the end
place wick in channels
Put the ring back on
cut the wick with 5mm left over
wet those bits
stuff them back in the channels.

Sorry you totally lost me there.. You say take wick out take out the wick ring and put in a new wick and wet it all way to end stuff it into juice channel then put ring back on then cut 5 mill then wet them ends?

Confused because
1 i had touble getting it to wick stuffing into juice channels. Every tutorial i seen says cut just to sit on juice holes.
2 you say put ring back on and cut 5mill of. How can i cut 5 mill of if the wick is already in the juice channel locked by ring.
You say to wet ends again but arnt they already wet as you said wet all the way to end?
Sorry just dont get what you trying to say

Here's how i wick
I feed wick through coil. With ring in. Place.
Pull coil. Down to deck on outide of juice coul and cut just level with bottom of ring. Wet the ends and place just onto juice holes and just tap down a touch then soak coil put tank together and vape

ooh no. Not enough wick and the ring does not lock anything so I'm not sure what you are doing with that one.

This is very confusing even to me without a visual. I have a thread I just started on wicking which I will come back and link which will have pictures for you.

I've wicked mine now 3 or 4 times, exactly the same way & never had any leaking, flooding, dry hitting, nowt. Can chain vape the crap out of it, no worries. In fact, mine's been sat since Thursday with the juice flow wide open & it's dry as a bone

I wick the same here as Rip Trippers at 6:45

Hope it helps some :2thumbsup:

I've wicked exactly the same as that in fact that's one of the videos I used im not getting dry hits or flooding, i said flooding as that's what I thought it was but beem told since its probably condensation juice, and it's pissing me off as cant stop it. Getting ready to throw it in the junk draw, May work brilliant for some but no matter how I Wick it cannot stop the condensation if that's what it is

Could well be condensation my good fella, I have that with Goblin mini not so much the Griffin though. I thought you meant juice was leaking leaking, like leaking an overly annoying amount. I do give the Griff's top cap a wipe every few refills as I notice you get a bit of buildup up there but touch wood, nothing out the lower airflow so far

ETA: Yeah, sorry, just read your opening post, Just give the top cap a wipe or don't flick the attie :D
