Is it best to let the juices steep for a few weeks? Got the strawberry delight and doesn't quite taste right also the custard donut is a lighter shade compared to the one I have from a few months back

We do have a minimum in-house steep time but most of our steep times exceed the minimum by a few weeks - when we're really busy they may only get the bare minimum - if the flavour isn't quite there yet an extra week wont hurt
