When i have made my juice i leave it to steep in the airing cupboard i only take a bottle when i need it .
Does it do any harm by leaving it there or should i be removing my juice after a few weeks .
cheers

Depends how warm it's getting and how quick you plan on using it.

I keep mine in a drawer (ok maybe a couple of drawers) and I have used some pretty old juice that tastes fine

i have some bottles that have been there for a month . it does get warm in the cupboard but i have a box on the floor to steep my juices in .

The main factors that cause juice to go off are air light and heat.
Some people seem to like this given their steeping procedures.
So it is down to you to decide whether your juice is benefiting.
For me I prefer a cool dark place.

For the best storage you should keep your juice in a cool dark place. Too much heat or light will degrade the nic content and eventually cause the flavours to break down.

In reality, a month or 2 in the airing cupboard will not make much difference.

I keep my bottles in a cupboard in the bedroom to steep for 2 weeks, after that it gose in to the out house in a draw in there so it never sees any light. Out house over night is like a freezer so it stayed spot on, im mixing 250ml batches thow so smaller batches you use day to day keeping in house should be fine
