Harsh throat hit

So Ive started making my own juices and getting some positive feedback from them. The only one I have not allowed anyone to try is my Strawberry twist its giving me a really harsh throat hit and can not think why. All my other mixes of other flavours are really smooth
Here is my ingredients i have used.

I put under hot tap shook and then put in paper bag into a shoe box and forgot about for 2 weeks

Try breathing it without the lid on for 12 hours. It can eliminate harshness with fruit flavours.

Too much flavour can make a juice harsh. I'd try reducing the flavours by about 50%, you could see if you could save it by adding it in equal parts to an unflavoured 80/20 3mg mix.

Yeah steeping and breathing are 2 different things.

Strawberry can fade badly during breathing. I wouldn't breathe a strawberry juice for more than about 8 hrs a little Dragonfruit helps to keep the strawberry flavour.
