So ... have now had a bash at HIC's Smooth Tiramisu Cream and HIC's Irish Lass.
Too sweet and creamy both for my tastes but as a side note, firstly I discovered that StuPot is spot on regarding the Irish Cream. On it's own at 3% it's pretty much Bailey's - not convinced it needs anythg added but a bit of extra whisky might be nice. Secondly I discovered that the Tiramisu Cheesecake and Tiramisu Cream mixed 50/50 actually make for a better Tiramisu Cheesecake than the Cheesecake recipe to my taste. I think the butteriness of the crust cuts through the cream and the cream cuts the crust back.
Anyway this is all very promising. These concentrates are good and very strong. Next week I'll maybe bash at some fruit ones and look up some of HIC's fruity recipes. I like puddingy/creamy vapes, but after an afternoon trying them it get's a bit sickly.
