Health problems since vaping???

Hi people.

I've stopped smoking for roughly 18 months and quite frequently been suffering nose bleeds, nothing major, just annoying. Also had a few head aches but again just annoying.

I've read that as your blood vessels and arteries get cleared out your circulation improves which can cause them to burst.

I've heard that bleeding gums after stopping smoking is another sign of blood vessels healing.

Has anyone else had similar problems? I know they may be totally unrelated but curious if anyone else has had any similar experiences.

I generally use an aspire bdc, aspire Atlantis and more recently a kangertech subvod.

Certainly headaches can be caused by too much nicotine.
The solution to that is either vape less, and/or reduce your nicotine strength.
Certainly stop vaping for a bit if you feel a headache coming on.

The bleeding I have no idea about that.

I get very restless and agitated, also can keep me awake at night every time I see a new mod or attie I want. Doctor doesn't want know fuck all about it.

I'm on 0.6mg for the sub ohms and 1.2mg for the bdc.

Maybe time to step down again

If you've got nosebleeds and headaches you should get your blood pressure checked just to be safe.

^^

The gums of smokers with gum disease bleed less than those of non-smokers with gum disease and the jury is out as to why - maybe heat or chemicals. It does not appear to be related to blood flow from improved circulation. So, increased bleeding may be a sign of gum disease that has previously been masked by smoking.

There seem to be a number of people attributing nose bleeds to quitting the tabs, but no real evidence for it.

(Info from a brief search of the NHS Athens portal)

EDIT: Yep, askegi is right - get yer BP checked :)

Bleeding nose, gums etc are a known side-effect of stopping smoking while your body repairs the damage smoking did to you. I had an epic nosebleed about six months in.

saying that I have noticed I've been using more toilet paper then usual lately! might be the new dripworx brain freeze I'm on to be fair :)

I must admit that I have suffered from nose bleeds but other than that, absolutely nothing. Doc checked my BP the other day and was surprised when it was normal. Gave me a clean bill of health and said to me to keep vaping.
