What's going on with these banners? I can't get any of them to work anymore. Plus my bitdefender antivirus software keeps blocking me with Puffin and sincemylastcigarette sites. Have they gone dodgy or summin?

banner below is puffin and been working for past few months but is the original link from when i joined in 2015
