If you're pursuing the appeals etc., have you looked into getting legal advice?

Eventually, I suppose you could shut this business and restart selling torches and shisha.

We are looking onto legal advise.
And hopefully will have success with our sagepay application.
Just spoke with them this morning and we are looking at about 3 to 4 weeks to be up and running.

So in the mean time i will continue to be very active on here and you all know what i sell so just drop me an email if you need anything.

The shop part of the website may go offline as we re construct it to suit our new payment provider to integrate with sagepay.

So don't panic if you cannot see any products i will update a list on here and you can just email me with your requirements.

Just a quick question on opinion-
Would people generally prefer logo-less cloned mods and atomizers
As we are a professional metal finishing company and we have direct links with the actual factories that make the products
We could possibly do the entire range we sell logo-less and also with the option of brushed satin or polished finishes.

I for one would be happy to buy logo less 'clones'. It's sits better with me purchasing these,if I could afford the real mccoy then that's what I'd get rather than something that's trying to be something its not. Is this a way to bypass the paypal clone issue? If so then its something you should seriously consider.
