Hello everyone. I've been vaping for only 3 months (except I have one cigar when I'm playing golf, I'm down to 20 rounds of golf a day now)
I have just bought my first mod, a Zmax v3 off the classifieds. I can't wait until it comes.
I may be asking questions soon so please be gentle with me.

Good choice of kit May 'shinyitis' kick in, soon that Cigar will be a thing of the past, and hey if you misplace your driver, you will always be able to use the Zmax.

Cheers Andy. To be honest I would be better off using the Zmax anyway. I know this is subjective, but which atty would you recommend?

It is subjective!!

Protank - Airy, but once the head has been rebuilt, excellent vapour and flavour, but I do get a metallic taste at times.
eVod - again, excellent flavour and vapour production once rewicked, but only take 1.6ml of juice, and condensation around the fixed mouthpiece
RSST - As a rebuildable goes its awesome, but unlike the Protank it has a plastic tank, so some juices will crack it.

Personally, at the moment, I am enjoying a Kanger MT3, but am aware others have had flooding issues with them

Cheers Andy. I think I will go with the protank. I haven't rebuilt a head yet but that was going to be my next project. Again this may be subjective, but as far as the resistances are concerned (I'm aware of the science) in the real world what is the difference between say 1.8 and 2.4 ohms

When using a Variable Wattage device in wattage setting, not much to be honest. As you set it for the end result (Watts) and the voltage is adjusted by the device to get that result.

If you are using a standard mech mod or say an standard eGo then you will find you will have less vapour as its taking more power to vapourize the liquid. You will eventually find your 'sweet spot' and I find I like 1.2-1.8 ohm attys.

As for patience mate, not at all, I am a relative new user too, as I have only been vaping 5 months, and I still ask questions to this date, we are all new users in something
