Hi all! Ive gained a wealth of information from this great forum whilst in 'lurk mode' so I thought it was about time I said 'ello' and thank you!
Started vaping a few weeks ago and within 2 days I went from 20 rollies a day to none. I couldnt believe it! Ive smoked for 20 years and felt really down about not having the will power to give up. As soon as anything stressful happened I would reach for the cigs no matter how much I tried to stop. The daft thing was that the more I felt guilty about how I was damaging my health I lit up a fag to calm me down!!! I had a bit of a read and watched some vaping reviews and thought I would give it a go. I really didnt expect much but thought if I could replace a few ciggies a day for vaping then it would be a good start. The first day my Evod kit arrived I had a few puffs and was amazed. It was brilliant! I preferred it to smoking straight away. Since then I have been trying lots of different juices and bought a Vamo after 2 weeks to congratulate myself on not lighting up. I love it. This has changed my life and the way I think about my future. I just wished I had done it sooner. Ive just ordered a juice mixing kit so hopefully lots of fun and mistakes to be made with that soon!
