What's new

Hello, new user... I need help

If you bought it new, from a shop, then under the consumer rights act 2015 the shop you bought it from has a duty to replace a faulty unit, if it exhibited the fault from new. You even have a right to reject it outright, within 30 days of purchase and get your money back.

Did you buy it from a shop? If not, where did you get it?

To make it worse I'm not getting much communication from the company that made it either "Voopoo". Which is why I'm looking high n low for a solution.

When I bought it, I was told it was a really great vape and the company was solid and had great customer service. So far Non of this is my experience.
Yeah, they were all " oh, did you get your drag mini you won, will you do a reveiw!?" I tell them "no as it has a menu issue and I had to fix up 3 sharp edges on its side". Heard nothing but crickets since! Perhaps I should do the review!? But most here know the issues I have with it. It's become my knock around who cares mod for fishing and stuff. I dont rate it really. Battery life's good though so thats something.

I have a Drag 2 with a Uforce 2 and I have nothing but praise for it. It performs adequately. The battery cover needed a slight modification to stop the rattle but the main plus has to be the looks. I know it's all subjective but it feels and looks very nice indeed.

Unless your aged 14/15 voopoo don't give a shit about you or your mod your contract of sale and legal responsibility is with the store that sold you it why can't you go back to the seller?
