Hi All,
I gave up the ciggies a good number of years ago - must have been around 2010/2011. I was vaping for a bit then stopped and had the occasionally cig here and there but back on the vape again so things have changed a lot since I was doing it last.

I been around forums for a number of years but first time on a vaping forum to try and pick up some help here and there and understand a bit more.
